Though
Checkmation's® products are intuitive and easy to operate, we offer
detailed training for administrators and end-users to ensure that they get the most
from their new check image processing suite. Our Professional Services Group is
well versed in every facet of the
products we offer and is available to provide
you and your staff with the breadth of its knowledge.
Our team travels onsite following installation and offers regular workshops. With
Checkmation®, you will always have access to the knowledge base you need to
get the most from your system. Our instructors are authorities in the use of all
of our systems. They will supervise your staff in using your new system in actual
operation.
This process grants your staff the ability to pose questions directly to their trainer
as queries arise. This stage typically takes only one day per group, and there's
virtually no limitation on group size.
